What are some good community service ideas for high school??
I know this isn’t exactly related to the medical field, but in my area (central florida), a lot of community colleges offer a “kidz college” program over the summer in which highschool and middleschool students help aid teachers who “teach” little kids in all sorts of subjects (like a mini college/daycamp atmosphere) . From Harry Potter trivia classes to art, creative writing, and even an anatomy/biology class that lets some of the older kids disect animals and learn about the body. You can earn 100 hours easily by doing one of those programs… I’m sure you can find something similar in your area…
