When you say you have trouble bench pressing, I gather you mean you can’t do much weight. In that case, just put less on the bar. Train for the reps and sets, and when it gets easier, add a little more. No need to show off by loading the big plates right away: do what *you* can manage, and your body will rise to the occasion. In due time, you’ll be tossing the bar up, plates and all. If you’re having trouble with the technique, talk to your coach or PE teacher, or whoever.
