What are some good back strengthening exercises?
Try laying on your stomach and putting your hands on your forehead, then lifting your head and chest off the floor as far as you can without lifting your feet. We call these backups, they’re like crunches for your back. Another exercise we do is laying on your stomach, put your hands by your shoulders, and like the last exercise lift your head and chest as high as you can, but keep your feet on the floor, and don’t push on the floor with your hands, they’re only there to balance you.
