What are some good arm workouts without weights?
As others have stated, push-ups and pull-ups are the best body weight exercises for your arms. But do some variation. Start with the originals and then push yourself once you can handle more. For push-ups, start with a normal one for a week or two…then move to a week or two of extending a leg…then do one with your feet are on the arm of your couch so there’s added weight etc. For pull-ups, start with hands shoulder width apart facing you…then move your hands closer…then switch to shoulder width apart with hands facing away from you…then move your hands closer. Always find ways to challenge yourself and keep your body guessing.
