What are some good appetizers or desserts or other foods for partys?
bean dip (cooked taco meat, velvetta cheese, can refried beans mix together thin with a little water for easier serving)keep hot in crock pot nacho cheese sauce (thin w/water and keep hot in crock pot) salsa tortilla chips (use same kind of chips for all of the above) deviled eggs meatballs in sweet and sour sauce little smoked sausages in bbq sauce vegie tray w/sour cream onion dip potato chips use same sour cream dip desserts: cookies fruit dip (marshmellow cream and cream cheese mixed together) served w/sliced fresh fruit (apples, bananas, pears, strawberries, peaches) if you are having a cake you don’t need to many desserts if you have never made a cake w/fondant i would use buttercream you have to cover the cake with buttercream anyways before using the fondant. whenever i have gone to a party where fondant was used on the cake most people leave it on the plate and it is thrown away, it costs more and i don’t like the taste of it. it takes practice to do it right. i made wedding c
