Any aerobic exercise is going to use your leg muscles. But I would try kickboxing. It’s great to tone the legs, upper arms, and help get rid of unwanted belly fat or get rid of fat in general. It’s easy to do, so you don’t need expensive equipment, and gets the heart rate up. You can get a kickboxing workout DVD or go online to find a video showing some moves. Just be sure to warm up and don’t kick too high until you are ready for it. But to slim the legs, I would also do some leg exercises, like plyometrics and working the inner thigh. Plyometrics are fast movements that work on speed and stamina of the muscle; an example would be hopping side to side landing as softly as possible-seems easy, but try and do it a couple of times(it works the muscle and gets the heart rate up). As for toning the inner thigh, this can help make the leg look slimmer because the inner thigh is what usually looks kind of flabby.
