Well… one year my family did this thing with a bunch of random presents… I don’t know what your situation is, so maybe you can tweak this game. We all got in a circle around the dinning room table (there were about 12 of us) and we passed gifts around while someone played and stopped Christmas music. The gifts we passed (one at a time) were wrapped in a ton of layers, the first few, bags, and then in layers of paper. Each time the music stopped, whoever had the gift unwrapped a layer and this went on until the gift was completely unwrapped and whoever had it then got it. I don’t really know what you’re trying to do, but maybe this helped.
