What are some fun things to do in Philadelphia for a 17 year old girl?
Hey! I go to college in Philly, and explore a lot of the city all by myself (I am 18). I would be more than glad to tell you what I do, and what better place to go to than Philly for vintage shopping? First of all, Philly is totally walkable, so you can walk anywhere, and it’s so pleasant. Here are some places I love going to by myself: 1) South Street – The funkiest street you’ll ever be on, it’s inhabited by genuine hippies and overall cool people. You can get a world famous cheesesteak at Jim’s (if you’re into that) on your way to several vintage shops I frequent a lot. One is called Astro Vintage on 720 South 5th Street, and the other is Retrospect on 536 South Street. These are both great, and pretty close to each other. There are TONS of cute, boutique-y shops on South st., so you’ll want to spend a lot of time there. 2) Olde City – There are two places in Olde City I’m in love with. One is a shop with the most adorable clothing ever, called Lost and Found on 133 North 3rd Street
