what are some fun Christmas crafts to do with my 2 year old daughter?
This is for you and Jennifer K: My kids make personalized Christmas crafts to give to their grandparents each year. One year, my daughter painted her foot brown and placed it on a Christmas hot pad. That was the deer’s face. Then she painted her hands green and they were for the antlers. Then she put wiggly eyes and a red pom pom for Rudolf’s nose. Then one year, we laminated brown construction paper and cut out a gingerbread man. We decorated the gingerbread man with wiggly eyes, rick rack for the arms and legs, ribbon bow tie etc. Then we cut a circle out of the belly and inserted my kids picture. Under the picture was written, “Sweet on the Inside.” Then last year we took a round plastic Christmas ball ornament and spray painted it blue. We used white paint to paint my daughter’s hand and put the ornament in her hand. (Her hand emcompassed the ball).The result were five “snowmen”.
