What are some fast, easy and nutritious lunches and snacks for a 3 year old?
antz on a log = celery with peanutbutter, use raisins for the ants and chow mein noodles for the legs cheese cubes with pretzel sticks stuck in them fruit pizza = use jello giggler recipe on back, use a shallow pan so the jello sets no deeper than 1/2 inch, then put toppings on it, like banana slices, kiwi, thin sliced apples, fresh plum slices etc…. what ever fruit he likes, then cut it into wedges, great snack. veggies in a pita, my kids loooove to stuff their pita with lettuce, cheese, broccoli, caulifl, shredded carrots, etc.. and put some ranch on it with what ever meat is left over from dinner tortilla chips, take store soft tortillas, brush with a little butter and maybe some cinnamon and sugar, toast in the oven until brown and crisp, then cut into wedges (ala tortilla chip shape) then serve with flavored yogurt and fruit for dipping, or you can make them into a sandwith, just toast with olive oil and a sprinkle of garlic, put some cheese and meat and a few veggies on it and
