Bon Scott, the original AC/DC singer choked on his own vomit after drink a bottle of scotch at a Paul McCartney party in the late seventies. Janis Joplin died of a drug overdose, Andy Gibb the blonde younger Bee Gee – dead from heroin use, Jim Morrison is an obvious one, but there are countless more. You could even argue Miles Davis’ long affair with the opiate lead to his early departure – he was only 65. Keith Moon (legendary drummer for the Who) died of an overdose of Clomethiazole in 1978.
