hold 2 weights one in each hand and haf your arms stretched out in front of you and bend down to 90 degrees using only your hips and keep your back straight your arms should be vertical to the floor also while your bent 90 degrees you can life the weights upto your chest/ armpits out to the side like your doing the chicken dance (Y) looks funny but it targets your back muscles also you can only tony up your body with weights you wont lose as much fat as if you did cardio like running
