What are some exercises for Muscular Endurance?

0

There is no specific muscular endurance exercise. Endurance comes from performing an exercise over a long period of time. So, any exercise which performed over a long period of time is an endurance exercise. The more common endurance exercises are running, bicycling, rowing, etc. They are generally performed over long periods of time because they take you from one place to another which requires more time than an anaerobic exercise such as doing barbell bench presses. That said, however, if you use a light barbell, you can build muscular endurance doing bench presses too. It’s really all about the length of time the exercise is performed which makes it an endurance exercise.
