What are some examples of prohibited conduct?
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, hitting or shoving; threatening harm to an individual or an individual’s family, friend or associate; damaging or threatening to damage an individual’s property such that reasonable fear for one’s safety is created; stalking, following or acting with the intent of creating fear in another person; possession of any weapon, firearm, bomb or explosive or the use of any other instrument to threaten violence or cause harm.
