Hummmmm… ALL Plants MUST have Nitrogen to survive, thus all plants absorb nitrogen. Atmospheric Nitrogen (N2) is not useable to plants, however, it must be converted first. The nitrogen is converted to useable forms by bacteria in the soil. Fertilizers also provide plants with useable Nitrogen.
