Anyway, try these exercises and see if they help. – lay flat on your back and gently lift up and hold it for about 10 seconds and repeat 3-5 times. – lay flat on your back and lift each leg up and keep it there for about 10 -15 seconds. repeat 3 times. I hope this will help you. If not, you might want to go to a chiropractor – I went and he popped my back. You are talking about 9 months worth of popping when I went – more noise than the 4th of July! GOOD LUCK!!
