What are some easy finger food ideas?
A few years back i threw a 40th birthday for my then husband and it was all finger foods, in the weeks leading up to the party i prepared and cooked and then froze batches of mini spring rolls served with soy and sweet chilli dipping sauce, there’s plenty of recipes that you could source from the web, chicken tenders that have been crumbed and deep fried, vol au vents filled with chicken and asparagus, savoury beef, and tuna mornay, salami pin wheels, of course, home made sausage rolls, you cant go past them, mini quiches, chicken mini drums cover the ends with foil, on the day i prepared crackers with smoked salmon and cream cheese, a cheese ball (combine equal quantities of softened cream and tasty cheese, pickled gherkin, bacon, shallots and form into a ball and roll in equal quantities of paprika and curry powder, serve with water crackers, home made salsa made from tin tomatoes, finely diced, capsicum red and green, onion, shallots, a little vinegar and lemon juice, good pinch sug
