What are some drills/tips to help me run faster?
My favorite thing to do to increase both my speed AND sense of speed is to run with weights. For practice, I’d run with either a 5 or 10 pound ankle weight OR (not at the same time) run with 5 pound dumb bells in each hand. This increases your workout endurance, and when you actually do the real run without weights,its like pounds have been removed!
