If you are worried you suffer from a skeletal disorder you should consult your doctor and get checked out. However in the meantime ensure a healthy balanced diet, with plenty calcium rich foods (dairy products, dark green veg like brocolli) or a calcium supplement. Vitamin D may also require a supplement as it is hard to obtain from natural food- it is found in fortified bread and cereals. Also regular exercise will keep your skeletal system in good shape- 30 minutes of weight bearing excercise at least 3 times a week is the minimum recomended.
