There are a few ways in which the Pro is distinguished from the P4. First of all, the Pro is the only product where the Pattern tool can be found. Additionally, it has 6 configurable I/O while the P4 has 4. The Pro is physically smaller, with a remote camera head and separate controller. In some cases, this can be an advantage over the all-in-one P4 platform.
