What are some cool but cheap (or free) things to do in Amsterdam? ?
Ok of course Amsterdam is looking towards the tourist market, and naturally a large part of that is also the paid tourist market. However that being said, there are things which are still “free”…. whether they are cool or not – well I guess that depends on what you like of course. For a capital city, and one which attracts a lot of tourists, it is actually quiet small, and very easy to walk around without having to pay for public transport. Window shopping – be it in the infamous areas, real window shopping in the little shops, boutiques et, or just meandering around the small streets by the canals and multitude of bridges – it’s all free.
