You can go to a ‘cooking school’ or you can go to a college that will teach you the finest points of culinary arts at the highest level AND also teach you the skills you need to operate a successful business. The two most famous culinary arts programs in America are Johnson & Wales University and the Culinary Institute of America (both easy to google). If you check their websites you will see how their programs work and they will be happy to send you lots of information about their programs.
