What are some characteristics of the plastic film that protects the baggage?
The system uses for packaging rolls of special type LLDPE film (Linear Low Density Polyethylene), with the following technical characteristics: – an internal structure of up to 5 micro-layers that ensures a maximum puncture resistance and load holding force; – a 750 mm width of film allows an excellent, complete covering of the processed baggage, both at the upper and lower parts; – a capacity to support elongations of up to 300% during the pre-stretch process that takes place before the actual application of the film, in order to obtain a perfect adherence on any type of baggage; – the inner side of the film becomes self-adhesive when in contact with another layer of film, resulting in a very good cohesion between the subsequent successive layers.
