depends on what you are saying they are naive about,, if they are new they might come across naive when in fact they are just trying to learn their job or get to know everyone else,, they might be naive if they have never worked with the public and therefore trust everyone. you could be concidered naive if you have never traveled away from home and all of a sudden you are asked to go on a business trip,, There’s alot of ways a person can come across naive.
