What are some cell phone companies with good pay-as-you-go plans?
In the US the best one is TMobile because one of their plans is just pay as you go. All of the other companies (with reliable service) charge you $1.00 a day for using the phone which ends up being just such as a service charge. Let’s say you use your phone 30 days a month so you pay $30.00 for having the phone. TMobile has one plan which charges you only for the minutes you use. and for text messages you send. The price for their text messages is extremely reasonable as well. I have a monthly plan with AT&T but I also have a prepaid with TMobile which I use mostly for text messages in the US and abroad because of their prices. I highly recommend them. They have great customer service adn I can use their phone anywhere in the US> Another plus (if you happen to travel overseas) is that after 90 days and $100.00 they “unlock” your phone and you can use that phone overseas only buying a SIM card wherever you go. You might want to buy a quad band phone and you can use it virtually anywhere
