What are some benefits of stopping global warming?
Not running out of energy. If we ignore global warming and just burn more and more oil and coal, it will just run out sooner. When it does, we will be in big trouble if there are no alternative energy sources. Much bigger trouble than the warming itself would be. If you don’t believe that then you are not fully aware on how critically our modern civilization depends on cheap coal and oil.
