What are some beginner gymnastics moves on bars, beam and floor?
Uneven Bars~ Pullover- to get on to the bar Cast- to get momentum to do a skill Back hipcircle- going around the bar backwards without falling off Shootthrough- one leg is on the bar Beam~ Forward roll Kicks Straight jump Scale Being able to jump off the beam and safety stop (thats what our gym calls it) Floor- Foward and backwards rolls kickover backbend handstand stradle foward and backwards rolls cartwheels
