What are some basic qualities of good surveillance cameras?
Spy cams must possess high-resolution detectors with balance trade-off between contrast and brightness. Video output should be crisp and clear and allow connection to a VCR if desired. Good audio output is a plus if available. They should have minimal power consumption allowing batteries to run a long time if batteries are required. Small-sized, easily camouflaged, easily hidden are qualities indispensable to spy cams. Suitability to the intended purpose should also be taken into consideration.
