I learned some cool ways to meditate when I had my zen class (massage two) in massage school. One very simple way is to sit quietly and drink hot tea. For some reason when we drink tea in a calm environment our minds wander into a meditative state. It’s quite interesting. Then another way was to go walking in the grass or in a place that’s peaceful, barefoot. Walk in a very slow manner. Concentrate on your walking, pick your foot up to your knee, then slowly place it on the ground feeling the entire step, then pick the other foot up and do it again. It’s pretty amazing.
