What are some affordable colleges in Orlando for an out of stater?
Valencia Community College is pretty cheap, but you have to watch your scheduling and credits really well because there are SOOO many students there. They are not hard to get accepted into. UCF is another option but more expensive and harder to get into. Devry is one of those colleges that sets you up for a career and focuses a lot on online classes. To gain FL residency, you must reside in FL for 12 months and also not be a dependent of an out-of-state parent. I would suggest taking classes with Valencia until you get FL residency status, then transfer to UCF.
