What are some advantages and disadvantages of eLearning?
While, the costs incurred for an organization establishing an eLearning program can be significant, there are also well-documented cost savings associated with eLearning. These savings include reduced costs for travel, facilities and instructors. Other advantages include efficiencies such as reduced training time and enhanced productivity, enhanced employee job performance, and the positive impact on an organization’s bottom line business results.
