Band Talent and Dedication Scholarships – A Bonus for Exceptional Dedication The Marching Band offers scholarships for dedicated members. Scholarships are awarded for exceptional dedication and musical ability. These scholarships are open to all members. Scholarship applications are available by request. Please email the director jemauck@buffalo.edu for an application. All veteran members and prospective members are encouraged to apply! • All Freshman Members receive an official UB Marching Band Jacket and marching shoes free of charge! • All veteran members receive a $175 stipend upon successful completion of the marching band season. • Additional scholarships awards are presented each year to the Most Valuable Player and Freshman of the Year (no audition required for consideration of theses awards). • Scholarships are available for applicants that apply and perform a successful audition • Perform in front of over 1 million people • Perform on National Television • Travel to many plac
