What are some 100 calorie snacks/small meals?
One apple is about that. Or a carrot (nice chopped up 🙂 There are all sorts of ‘health foods’ that talk about being under 100 calories or something like that, but they just remove the fat and add flavor with salt, so you are as well eating natures own health foods: fruit and veg. You can cut them up or smoothie them to make them more interesting just try to resist adding sugar or stuff like that!
