WHAT ARE SOLICITORS CONDUCT RULES?
These are rules set by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for us to follow. We cannot advise you to undermine this since it would be totally wrong. You must work and present your case in accordance with evidence and the law. If a Solicitor breaches conduct rules then he can be in serious problem with The Law Society and indeed the Court since he is an Officer of the Court.
