Soft Tops Online wants you to love your new quality made soft top. If something isn’t right, let us know ASAP and we’ll endeavour to fix it. No exchanges or refunds will be offered for change of mind or incorrect purchases (colour, soft top make / model etc.). There are no refunds of deposits for special orders once the order has been placed. You must notify Soft Tops Online FIRST within 10 days of receiving the item of the fault or flaw by emailing us on info@softtopsonline.com.au and tell us the reason you are enquiring about a Warranty repair / Exchange. We will then instruct you further based on the manufacturer’s warranty. If requested by Soft Tops Online, you must then return the item (at your own cost) to Soft Tops Online within 10 days of notification. We will not accept any warranty claims for soft tops that are posted back to us initially without prior contact of the issue.
