A. Two sizes of Soft Tips are provided with each Ear and Open Ear to provide more comfort and fitting options. Alternate size Soft Tips can be pulled off and pushed on over the sound outlet opening of The My Next Day Ear and the Sound Tube of The My Next Day Open Ear. To change the tip size, follow the instructions included in your kit.
