What are SkillSoft courses?
SkillSoft is a leading provider of e-learning, with learning resources targeted to business and I.T. professionals. SkillSoft was incorporated into SmartPH to provide local health jurisdictions (LHJs) with a resource to meet their general training needs, as well as their local public health needs. For the SmartPH pilot phase, the Department of Health purchased a number of SkillSoft licenses and has provided them to the pilot sites free of charge. If additional interest is identified as we implement SmartPH, more licenses will be made available for a minimal license fee.
