What Are Signs Of A Seizure In A Dog?
There are three stages of seizure in dogs. First stage is Aura during which dog can have symptoms like shaking, drooling, hiding, restless, and whining. Second stage is called Ictus during which seizure attack takes place. During seizure, dog can fell on the side and becomes unaware of surroundings. He can drool a lot and lose control over bladder. Third stage is called postictial stage which is the stage immediately after seizure attack. This stage is characterize by confusion, disorientation, pacing, drooling and unresponsive behavior.
