That does sound like a possible miscarriage. Some women never get a positive pregnancy test from urine, it only shows in a blood test. Also, if it was a situation where the baby never really started to fully form, the hormone levels could have dropped weeks ago (hence the negative tests), but your body is just now expelling things. Either way, it’s definitely something to call your doctor about. After a possible miscarriage they have to make sure nothing is left inside you that could start an infection – and you also need to make sure it’s not something else entirely.
