In all my years in car finance, I don’t think the issue with a cars travelling at high speeds is a big issue unless the car was pushed to get there.

Difficult to answer due to many factor’s. However, the most obvious sign I can think of is an excessive amount of dead bugs on front bumper and windscreen, especially if the rest of the car is clean. Stone chip’s can also be a sign.
