What are Shocker Bowling practices like?
Once the teams are selected, they will practice Monday thru Thursday 2:30 – 5:15pm. From 2:30 to 4:15 the teams will practice on the lanes. The remainder of the time until 5:15 will be used for fitness training. During the on-lane time, players will work on a variety of skills, including; Spare Shooting, Alignments, Loft, Ballspeed, Releases, and a variety of individual and team competitions.
