What are shared services in an office suite?
Our fully furnished office suites have shared services available to all clients. Wall Street provides a professional receptionist who personally answers calls with company specific greetings and information. The receptionist also handles other telephone services for your company such as call forwarding. Another shared service of the executive office suite is the resource of an administrative assistant, or client specialist. This executive assistant provides secretarial services and administrative support at each of our suites. It is like having an extra employee for you who can help with mailings, presentations, clerical work, and a variety of other tasks. These shared services greatly reduce the time and financial costs for you by eliminating the need to hire extra employees and sharing the overhead costs with other clients in the shared business center. Executive office suites at Wall Street also have shared space including meeting rooms, break areas, and a professional lobby.
