– The condo complex, which is managed by two associations (HI-1 & HI-2), also shares in the management of the amenities and the reconciliation of annual expenditures. These amenities include 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a river pier, 3 lake crosswalks, 2 lake fountains, a boat & rv storage area, 2 gas grills, a Clubhouse and an ornamental front entrance.
