What are setup types?
Setup types are configurations of tables and chairs in our various conference rooms. We have eight setup types in vEMS. Setup types Classroom – Rows of tables and chairs facing the front of the room. Clear Floor – No tables or chairs set up. Conference – Tables and chairs set up to face the center of the room in a rectangle. Lecture – Rows of chairs facing the front of the room Oval/Round Banquet – 8 people to a table. (table shape is determined by a Conference & Event Specialist based on room selected). Reception – Clear floor with chairs around the room. Rectangular Banquet – Banquet style with long tables. U-Shape – Similar to conference but with one end open. Please choose the setup type that best fits your event.
