What are Setbacks or Bulk Requirements?
Setbacks are a buffer area that borders your property which you must leave unimproved. No permanent structure may be closer to a Road Right of Way, an Easement, or Property Line then specified by the setback or bulk requirements regulated in the zoning district your property in located in. Bulk requirements also establish the height and minimum lot size requirements per district.
