What are service charges? Is there a way to waive the fees?

We waive convenience and order processing fees if you purchase tickets at our permanent box office at 70 Sanford St. We charge the order processing fee of $2.00 two hours prior to show time for a performance. The facility fee of $3.00 for The Klein Auditorium is a fee that cannot be waived.
