What are secondary use rights? When do they apply?
Secondary use rights allow you to use software on two devices. The secondary device may be a home PC (‘Home-Use Rights’) or a laptop (‘Portable-Use Rights’). Secondary use rights are only available with specific Microsoft application software, such as Microsoft Office – check your End User Licence Agreement (EULA) to see if your particular Microsoft software has secondary use rights.
