What are sealed deck tournaments/drafts?
Generally, Sealed deck consists of a Tournament Pack from the first set of the block (For example, a Time Spiral tournament pack consists of 75 assorted cards from the Time Spiral set. There are no such things as Planar Chaos or Betrayers of Kamigawa tournament packs. Just the basics.) and a varying number of packs. My state does it as following: First set of a block: 1 Tourney pack, 2 boosters Second or third set of a block: 1 Tourney pack, 3 boosters.
