What are S-foils: stabilizer foils or strike foils?
On the occasions that I gave s-foils their full name, I called them strike foils; some other writers have called them stabilizer foils. Naturally, this has led to confusion. The thing is, different sources give them different names. In this case, I defaulted to the terminology used in the Star Wars Technical Journal, which refers to them as strike foils. Other writers have used other resources. I’m not too concerned about it, since the foils are used both for strike and stabilization purposes.
