What are RPAs?
Regional Physician Advisors are contracted HTH consultants located strategically around the globe, who assist HTH with provider recruitment, medical appointment scheduling, claims review and analysis of regional healthcare options. RPAs are clinicians with privileges at key university teaching hospitals and private medical centers. They are leaders in their local medical and expatriate communities, and are often affiliated with diplomatic missions, university programs, multinational corporations and international organizations such as the Peace Corps. RPAs have a thorough understanding of the medical resources and epidemiology of their region, plus specific experience with healthcare for travelers.
